Every Spring, our children's program
sponsors an event to raise money for
missions. On their bicycles, our
older kids ride laps around the
block behind the church, and our
younger kids ride their bicycles and
tricycles on laps around the parking
lot. Adult sponsors pay them
for each lap. Through the
years, our children have had a great
time, have had a lot of great
excercise, and have raised thousands
of dollars for poor people all
around the world.
Proceeds from the 2006 Bikeathon
will support for the Lerato Love Home Orphanage in
Johannesburg, South Africa, where CBF Field Personnel,
Josh and
Caroline Smith, serve.
