Lake Shore has long been a place
where children and youth are valued.
This is reflected in our volunteers,
our budget, our playground, our
worship, and our missions. This is
even reflected in the promises we
make when a child is dedicated—“We
accept this child into our loving
care for shared responsibility in
his growth toward fullness of life
in Christ.”
We are deepening our
commitment to children and youth by
adopting and implementing a policy
that makes their safety an official
priority. If you are a volunteer in
any of the ministries that involve
children or youth, please fill out
Appendix A and Appendix B and return
to the church. If you have any
questions, feel free to contact the
Minister to Children or the Minister
to Youth.
