Deborah Ann Vardiman, age 50, of
Waco, passed away early Friday
morning, December 9, 2011 at her
residence.
Memorial services were held 4:00
p.m. Tuesday, December 13, at the
Lake Shore Baptist Church, 5801
Bishop Drive in Waco, with Rev.
Dorisanne Cooper and Rev. Sharlande
Sledge officiating.
Deborah was born December 22, 1960
in Waco, the daughter of Boyce A.
and Jane (Jones) Vardiman.
Graduating from West High School in
1979, Deborah received a Bachelor
Degree from Southwestern University
in 1984 and a Master Degree from
Texas Women's University in
1998. She worked as an office
manager for the Waco Historical
Foundation. She also worked for MHMR
and the Austin Avenue United
Methodist Church in Waco.
Deborah is preceded in death by a
daughter, Taylor Carolyn Mosley.
Survivors include a daughter,
Rebecca Clarice Mosley of Waco; her
fiancé, Thomas D. Dugat of Waco; her
parents, Boyce and Jane Vardiman of
West; two sisters, Rebecca Jane
Vardiman and husband Nelson
Cleavenger, of Cumberland, MD and
Harriet Lynn Smith and husband Phil,
of Bryan; and several nieces,
nephews, other relatives and
friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be
made to the Family Self Sufficiency
Ministry at Lake Shore Baptist
Church, 5801 Bishop Drive, Waco,
Texas.
