In
February, 2002, Rev. Dorisanne
Cooper became Lake
Shore’s senior pastor. Dorisanne
grew up in Waco
and attended Baylor
University, graduating Magna Cum Laude
in 1993 with majors in
psychology and German and a
minor in
mathematics.
She
continued her education at
Princeton Theological Seminary, receiving the M.
Div. in 1996. At
Princeton
, she won the Jagow Preaching
Award.
Rev.
Cooper previously served as
Associate Pastor of
College Park
Baptist
Church
in Greensboro, North Carolina. Her husband, David Tatum, is
a building supervisor
for Habitat for Humanity of
Waco. They have one son, Adam
Cooper Tatum.
